CA Quarterly Return & Report of Wages cont. – DE9C

CA Sales & Use Tax Return
PAY Sales Taxes both monthly & quarterly

Provide ALL EMPLOYEES Copy of W2

Provide ALL Subcontractors Form 1099

IMPORTANT TIP for Payroll Tax E-Payments: If you are using Intuit epayment for payroll taxes due 1/15 (monthly depositors) or 1/31 (quarterly depositors), you are required to make payment 2 days before to guarantee timely payments.
